Policies


These are the practical agreements that let the work go smoothly for both of us. They’re not meant to be a barrier — just clarity.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules with more than 24 hours’ notice are free of charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a (TODO: e.g., 50%) fee.
  • No-shows are charged the full session rate.

If something genuinely unexpected comes up — an illness, a family emergency — please just be in touch. We’ll figure it out together.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to give you the full session, but if the schedule doesn’t allow it, the session will end at its scheduled time and the full rate still applies. Arriving 5–10 minutes early helps you settle in.

Illness

If you’re feeling unwell — even mildly — please reschedule. There’s no fee for cancellations made for illness, and there’s no need to push through a session you won’t enjoy. I’ll do the same on my end if I’m under the weather.

Payment

  • Cash, check, and major cards accepted.
  • Payment is due at the time of service.

Mobile Visits

  • Available in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Belleville, Saline, Milan, and Dexter.
  • I bring the table, sheets, and everything else needed; you provide a clear space about the size of a queen bed and a quiet hour.
  • For mobile visits, please confirm the appointment by reply the day before.

Privacy

Conversations during a session are confidential. Any health intake information you share is kept private and is not shared with anyone.

Scope of Practice

Massage therapy and energy work are complementary to medical care, not a substitute for it. If you have a medical concern, please continue to see your physician. Let me know about any conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect the session — it helps me work with you safely.
