Every session begins with a few minutes of conversation so we can shape the work to where you actually are that day. Golden Crane offers two main ways to work: Integrative Massage and Foot Reflexology. Integrative Massage brings together the approaches that best fit your needs; reflexology can be booked on its own or added to a massage session.
Pricing is straightforward and based on session length.
Integrative Massage
A tailored massage session that draws on broad, flowing strokes, focused myofascial release, craniosacral and gentle polarity-based energy work as needed. We decide together what feels most supportive for your body that day, so no two sessions need to follow the same formula. This differs from what is typically offered as a relaxation massage - feel free to reach out to me with questions.

Foot Reflexology
Focused work on the feet using reflex points that correspond to the rest of the body. A surprisingly profound experience: most people leave a reflexology session feeling not just lighter on their feet, but lighter overall. A good standalone session, and a beautiful add-on to Integrative Massage.
